Peptide & NAD+ Therapy

Prescribed, monitored, and matched to your biology

THE TREATMENT

Cellular support, prescribed properly

Peptide and NAD+ therapy uses bioactive peptides and NAD+, a coenzyme central to cellular energy production, to support recovery, energy, and cellular function. Both require a health consultation first. NAD+ is typically delivered by IV over 60 to 90 minutes; peptides may be prescribed as injections, oral formulations, or topicals.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme your cells use to produce energy. Levels decline with age, which is part of why energy, recovery, and cellular repair all slow down over time. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body, and specific ones are used to support recovery and cellular function.

Both are prescription compounds, and how they’re prescribed matters more than which ones you’ve read about. Your therapy starts with a health consultation to determine what’s appropriate for you and whether it’s appropriate at all. From there our clinical team builds a protocol and monitors you throughout. That supervision is the service. The compounds are just the tools.

  1. ConsultYou start with a health consultation. Our clinical team reviews your history, your goals, and your bloodwork to determine what's appropriate for you.
  2. ProtocolIf you're a candidate, we build a protocol. NAD+ is typically delivered by IV over 60 to 90 minutes. Peptides may be prescribed as injections, oral formulations, or topicals.
  3. MonitorWe track your response, adjust as needed, and stay in contact. Ongoing supervision is what makes this safe and what makes it work.

Start with a consultation

Our clinical team reviews your health, orders bloodwork where appropriate, and tells you honestly whether a peptide or NAD+ protocol is right for you.

Why it works

What peptide and NAD+ therapy does

Supports cellular energy production

NAD+ is a coenzyme your mitochondria use to produce ATP, the energy every cell runs on.

Levels decline with age. Restoring them supports the cellular energy production that underpins recovery, endurance, and how you feel day to day.

Supports recovery and repair

Peptides act as signaling molecules, and specific ones are used to support tissue recovery and repair.

It's why they're used by people training hard and by people focused on how their body recovers as they age.

A consultation first, always

Every protocol starts with a health consultation and, where appropriate, bloodwork.

Peptides and NAD+ are prescription compounds, and not everyone is a candidate. We'll tell you honestly if it isn't right for you, and which protocols we can and can't offer.

Monitored throughout

We track your response, adjust your protocol, and stay in contact.

A compound without supervision isn't a protocol, it's a purchase. The monitoring is what makes this clinical care rather than a subscription box.

Part of a longevity routine

Peptides and NAD+ work best inside a broader approach to your health.

Sleep, movement, nutrition, and recovery all matter. We can build the rest of your routine around your protocol with IV Hydration Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy or Red Light Therapy.

In Their Words

What clients say

“They ran bloodwork and actually built a protocol around it. Every other place I looked just wanted to sell me a vial.”

Michael, 54  •  North Scottsdale

“My provider was honest that one of the peptides I asked about wasn't something they could offer, and explained why. That built more trust than a yes would have.”

Karen, 51  •  Paradise Valley

“The NAD+ IV is 90 minutes with a book and a blanket. It's become part of how I take care of myself.”

Dana, 49  •  Biltmore

Good to know

Peptide and NAD+ questions, answered

What is NAD+ therapy?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme your cells use to produce energy. Levels decline with age. NAD+ therapy restores them, supporting cellular energy production. At bluSONIL, NAD+ is typically delivered by IV over 60 to 90 minutes.

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body, telling cells what to do. Specific peptides are used to support recovery, tissue repair, and cellular function. They're prescription compounds and require a consultation.

Which peptides do you offer?

That depends on your consultation and on what's currently available. Peptide regulation has shifted significantly in recent years, and some compounds that were once widely used are no longer available through compounding pharmacies. Our clinical team will tell you exactly what we can offer and why, which is a question worth asking anywhere you're considering peptide therapy.

Do I need bloodwork first?

In most cases, yes. Bloodwork gives your clinical team an objective baseline to build a protocol around and to measure against. It's the difference between a protocol designed for you and a protocol sold to you.

What does a NAD+ IV feel like?

NAD+ infusions are typically given slowly, over 60 to 90 minutes, because a faster drip can cause chest tightness, nausea, or flushing. Going slowly is what keeps it comfortable. You can read, rest, or work through it, and our team adjusts the rate to keep you comfortable.

Are there side effects?

NAD+ infusions can cause temporary flushing, nausea, or a tight-chested feeling if the drip runs too fast, which is why we go slowly. Peptide side effects depend entirely on the compound, and your provider will review them with you in full before you begin. This is one reason ongoing supervision matters.

How is this different from the NAD+ IV on your IV therapy menu?

The bluNAD+ and bluNiagen infusions on our IV menu are single sessions you can book directly. Peptide and NAD+ Therapy is a prescribed protocol built around a consultation and, where appropriate, bloodwork, with ongoing monitoring and adjustment. One is a session. The other is a plan.

How do I get started?

Book a consultation. Our clinical team will review your health history and goals, order bloodwork where appropriate, and determine whether a peptide or NAD+ protocol is right for you.

"Peptides and NAD+ are among the more promising tools we have for supporting cellular energy and recovery. What matters is how they're used: with a proper assessment, real monitoring, and honesty about what we can and can't offer."
