bluSONIL SUMMER PASS GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The bluSONIL Summer Pass Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of bluSONIL, LLC ("Sponsor"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is open to new clients of bluSONIL and existing clients who are NOT currently enrolled in any bluSONIL membership program (bluRadiance, bluVitality, bluLongevity, or bluInfinity). Current bluSONIL members are not eligible to participate. Eligibility will be verified prior to prize award. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on May 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM MST on May 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit https://www.blusonil.com/summer-pass/ and complete the required entry form. Providing your Instagram handle is optional but required for bonus entry opportunities. Limit one (1) primary entry per person/email address. Additional bonus entries may be earned as follows: (a) Follow @blusonil on Instagram (+3 bonus entries); (b) Tag friends in comments on the official giveaway post on @blusonil Instagram (+2 bonus entries per unique tag, unlimited tags allowed); (c) Share the giveaway to your Instagram Story and tag @blusonil (+5 bonus entries, must be visible to @blusonil account). Bonus entries must be completed during the Promotion Period to qualify. Use of automated entry devices, bots, or programs is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. WINNER SELECTION: On or about June 1, 2026, one (1) Grand Prize winner and three (3) Runner-Up Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via phone, email and/or Instagram direct message (if Instagram handle was provided) within seventy-two (72) hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable.
5. PRIZES:
   1. Grand Prize (1 winner): Winner will receive a 'Summer Pass' consisting of the following services to be redeemed at bluSONIL's Scottsdale Quarter location (15125 N Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254) between June 1, 2026 and August 31, 2026: One (1) Visia Face Scan (ARV $60); one (1) InBody Scan (ARV $60); one (1) Aesthetics & Wellness Consultation (ARV $125); twelve (12) B12 Shots (ARV $300); three (3) Custom Signature Facials (ARV $600); and twenty-four (24) Wellness Credits (ARV $1,176). Winner also receives fifteen percent (15%) discount off all additional products & services purchased during the Summer Pass period. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $2,321.
   2. Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Each Runner-Up winner will receive a 'bluRITUAL Membership' consisting of unlimited daily contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge) and unlimited daily cryotherapy to be redeemed at bluSONIL's Scottsdale Quarter location between June 1, 2026 and August 31, 2026. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Runner-Up Prize: $597. Total ARV of all three (3) Runner-Up Prizes: $2,985.
6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Services must be redeemed during the applicable month (June, July, or August 2026) and do NOT roll over to subsequent months. Any unredeemed services within a given month will be forfeited. All services expire August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST and have no cash value. All services require medical clearance and consultation; Sponsor reserves the right to refuse service if winner is not a suitable candidate for medical or safety reasons. Winner is responsible for complying with all pre-treatment and post-treatment protocols. Prize does not include gratuities, parking, transportation, or any other costs not explicitly stated. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, auctioned, or redeemed for cash. No substitution of prize permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of prize notification. Noncompliance may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries; (b) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures, interruptions, or malfunctions; (c) errors in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related materials or announcements; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
8. PRIVACY & DATA USE: By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy and for purposes of administering this Promotion. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Information collected will not be sold to third parties.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor and its designees the right to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, by entering, participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Maricopa County, Arizona; (b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by Arizona law without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
