You’ll then transition into the Cold Plunge, shocking the system in the best way - tightening vessels, reducing inflammation, and leaving you feeling energized and mentally clear.
Each contrast cycle enhances lymphatic circulation and improves vascular tone, creating powerful benefits in both body and mind. You can complete multiple rounds during your session, guided by your personal preference or one of our suggested protocols.
Both private and group options include access to showers, recovery lounge amenities, and optional guidance from our wellness team.
