Whole-Body Cold Therapy

Cryotherapy

Three minutes of cold, hours of energy and clarity

THE TREATMENT

A cold reset in under three minutes

Whole-body cryotherapy exposes you to extreme cold for two to three minutes, prompting a physiological response that supports circulation, reduces inflammation and soreness, and leaves you feeling energized and clear-headed. There's no downtime, and most people go straight back to their day.

Inside our cryotherapy chamber, a two to three minute session immerses the body in extreme cold. The response is immediate: circulation shifts, endorphins release, and the body begins its own repair processes. Most people describe it as a jolt of clarity and energy that lasts well past the session.

It works for a range of people. Athletes use it for faster recovery between hard training. People with demanding schedules use it to reset energy and mood. And anyone focused on longevity uses it as a consistent practice for inflammation and resilience. Quick, energizing, and no downtime.

  1. PrepYou change into minimal clothing with protective gloves, socks, and a mask. Skin needs to be dry for a safe, effective session.
  2. ImmerseYou step into the chamber for two to three minutes of extreme cold. Our team stays with you the whole time and talks you through it.
  3. RechargeYou step out with a rush of endorphins and warmth returning. Most people feel energized and clear-headed for hours afterward.

Why it works

What cryotherapy does for your body

Three minutes, zero downtime

A full session takes two to three minutes, and you go straight back to your day.

The whole visit fits in a lunch break, which is why people manage to do it consistently.

Speeds recovery and eases soreness

Cold exposure helps reduce inflammation and muscle soreness after hard training or long days.

It's why athletes use it between sessions and why people with physically demanding schedules keep coming back.

Lifts mood and mental clarity

Cold triggers an endorphin and norepinephrine release that most people feel as a sharp lift in mood and focus.

That clarity tends to last for hours, which is why some people schedule it before a demanding afternoon.

Supports circulation and tissue health

The cold-then-rewarm cycle stimulates circulation and oxygen delivery.

Better circulation supports tissue repair and recovery, and is part of why cryotherapy fits into a longevity practice.

Supports metabolic function

Cold exposure is associated with activating brown adipose tissue, which the body uses to generate heat.

It's one input among many. Cryotherapy supports metabolic health as part of a broader routine, not as a weight loss treatment.

Eases joint pain and supports resilience

Many people use cryotherapy to help manage joint pain and stiffness.

Regular sessions also help the body adapt to stress, supporting relaxation, sleep quality, and overall resilience.

Pairs with contrast therapy

Cryotherapy works best as part of a contrast practice, not in isolation.

Alternate it with Traditional Sauna, Cold Plunge or Red Light Therapy for the full hot-and-cold cycle. All three are excellent therapies to pair with Cryotherapy for maximum benefit.

Good to know

Cryotherapy questions, answered

What is whole-body cryotherapy?

Whole-body cryotherapy exposes you to extreme cold for two to three minutes inside a specialized chamber. The cold prompts a physiological response that supports circulation, helps reduce inflammation and soreness, and triggers an endorphin release that leaves most people feeling energized and clear-headed.

How cold is it, and how long does it last?

Sessions last two to three minutes. The cold is intense (-166°F to -177°F) but brief, and because the air is dry rather than wet, most people find it far more tolerable than an ice bath. Our team stays with you throughout.

Is cryotherapy safe?

Cryotherapy is well-tolerated by most healthy adults, and our team screens you before your first session. It isn't appropriate for everyone, including people with certain heart, circulatory, or blood pressure conditions, or those who are pregnant. Our medical team will assess if this therapy is right for you.

What do I wear?

Minimal clothing, plus protective gloves, socks, ear wrap, and a mask that we provide. Your skin needs to be completely dry before you step in. We provide a body wrap, if needed.

Is there any downtime?

None. You step out, warm up within a few minutes, and go straight back to your day. The whole visit takes about 15 minutes.

How often should I do cryotherapy?

It depends on your goals. Athletes and non-athletes alike often go two to three times a week for recovery and overall metabolic health. The benefits are cumulative, so consistency matters.

Will I feel the effects right away?

Most people feel a rush of energy and mental clarity within minutes of stepping out, and that lift often lasts for hours. Recovery and inflammation benefits build with regular sessions rather than appearing after one.

Is cryotherapy a weight loss treatment?

No. Cold exposure is associated with activating brown fat, which the body uses to generate heat, but cryotherapy is not a weight loss solution. It supports metabolic health as part of a broader routine that includes nutrition, movement, and sleep.

"Cryotherapy trains your body to handle stress, reduce inflammation, and function at its best. The benefits reach past performance into longevity, immunity, and resilience, which makes it a useful tool for anyone serious about optimizing their health."
